This package is perfect for parents who want lots of loving support and guidance throughout the process of making changes to their child’s sleep.

I would love to guide you and hold your hand!
Over a three-week period, I will give you all the tools and knowledge needed to respond to your child in ways that feel right. Perfect to address any sleep challenges you’re facing, such as continuous wake-ups that are no longer working for your family, nap challenges or bedtime struggles.

What’s included?

To get you from surviving to thriving, this package includes a detailed intake form covering topics like your baby’s temperament, nutrition, your unique family dynamic, your goals and current challenges before we have our consultation.
During our chat we will discuss how you can best support your child during this transition, taking into consideration your family’s unique needs, goals and challenges. 
Following on from our conversation we will send you a detailed written sleep analysis which includes everything we discussed.
You will have continued access to me via online sleep logs, daily email and text support (Mon-Fri) as well as regular check-in calls. 

And we’ve got the future covered too

At the end of our time together you will receive a wrap-up email with continued routines and nap-transition info all the way up to 3 years of age.

As an existing customer, you will also be able to book a confidence call at a discount within 12 months of your initial booking.

I believe that parenting and sleep are always very individual and personal, which is why I take the time to really get to know you and your child.

I’m not here for any quick-fixes, my ultimate goal is to see you feel confident and able to listen to your instincts when it comes to your baby.

If you’ve tried traditional sleep training before but it just didn’t feel right, then rest assured that I don’t just use a generic copy + paste approach. I want you to not get stressed out by your baby’s sleep anymore!

Are you time-poor or simply prefer working with me via email? Then this consultation is perfect for you!

After filling in our comprehensive intake form and 48-hour sleep logs, I will check back with you via email regarding any points that might need further discussion. Following on from that, I will provide you with a detailed sleep analysis covering how to optimise your child’s sleep environment and hygiene, how we can change any sleep associations that are no longer working, a plan (plus a plan B and C) for naps and how to best support your child to consolidate their overnight sleep.

Following on from your email consultation I will hold your hand for the next two weeks while you implement any changes (email support Mon-Fri).

Confidence Call

This 45-minute call (phone or zoom) is perfect if you are only facing a small hiccup in your sleep journey or need some help in tweaking your child’s routine.

A shorter consultation aimed to give you confidence when it comes to your child’s sleep.
You will be sent a detailed intake form prior to our chat, so we can jump right into it.

This call doesn’t come with any follow-up support and therefore isn’t suitable for bigger sleep challenges.
